Equipment that has been purchased from our web site maybe returned within 30 days with a full refund as long as the product is not damage, has not been opened and is in its original packaging.
Condensing Boiler Specialists will issue a returns number for all equipment that has been agreed to be returned without this number then we cannot accept the product back and no refund will be given.
Where the goods are to be delivered to the buyer the goods shall be at the buyers risk from the time of delivery and all goods which are to be collected for returned are at the buyers risk until they are collected.
The seller shall not be liable for any loss of any kind howsoever caused whilst the goods are in the possession of the buyer.
Title of goods shall remain with Condensing Boiler Specialists Ltd until the sums due is paid in full. Goods that have been supplied and payment is overdue will be subject to collection by the sellers, servants or agents this of course will be without prejudice.

Delivery will normally be 3 to 4 working days from the clearance of payment although some items may take longer for site deliveries if ordered from manufacturers. The cost of delivery is normally included in the price of the product and you should allow up to three working days however additional charges will be applied to next day or special delivery requests.
